Metabolic Health Expert Releases New Research on Alcohol's Hidden Impact on Ketosis

The research challenges conventional understanding of "moderate" drinking for individuals following ketogenic diets. According to Bates' findings, even zero-carbohydrate alcoholic beverages completely halt ketone production through the liver's evolutionary priority system.
